THE PROJECT IN LEONBERG, GERMANY IS MAINLY COMPLETED AND IN USE BY THE TENANT. THE DETERMINATION OF THE GROUND FLOOR WAS CHANGED ON TENANT´S REQUEST FROM PUBLIC RESTUARANT TO EMPLOYEE CATERING. THE FIT-OUT WORKS SHALL COMMENCE IN 2025.

FINAL COMPLETION OF ONYX HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN FRANKFURT - GERMANY

In 2017, we were commissioned with the project management for the completion of the ONYX residential high-rise in Frankfurt, after the developer went bankrupt, at the expense of the insolvency administrator. The construction work was completed in 2021, but the tenant fit-out of the penthouses had to be awaited for the final documentation and completion notification to the building inspectorate. The project was finally completed in October 2024.
